The renovations not only take longer, but the builders also wait longer to implement them. More than half (54%) of them occupy the building for at least a few years before starting the renovations. More recent homes

Not only old farmhouses and terraced houses in the city are sought after renovations, but also more and more homes from the 60s and 70s are being repaired. The energy supplies in these homes must be handled in particular.
